I am Dr. Dave Oladoja, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, and I provide comprehensive
psychiatric treatment to patients of all ages—from children and adolescents to adults and geriatrics.
With over a decade of experience working with mental health patients, I have extensive expertise in inpatient
and outpatient settings, psychiatric emergencies, crisis management, addiction, forensic care, long-term care,
and dual diagnoses.
I’ve also had a strong background in nursing leadership, which has helped me develop the skills to manage
diverse personalities and challenges effectively.
I apply evidence-based practices in psychopharmacology management for diverse conditions and use solution-focused brief therapy and
narrative therapies in my psychotherapy approach.
My approach is centered around addressing individual needs with compassionate care and collaborative treatment goals.
I offer thorough psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief supportive psychotherapy for a wide range of mental health
concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum, neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma, eating disorders,
substance use, neurocognitive conditions, immigration-related issues, domestic violence, anger management, grief, and other mental health
challenges.
